Sublet on Nordau

Sublet in a shared apartment on Nordau-Sokolov for a long period! I am leaving my room in a 3-person apartment on Nordau Boulevard and looking for someone to take my place from 18.10 until 31.7 (end of the current lease), with an option to continue the lease starting in August if the apartment lease is renewed. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped – it really has everything you need, including a large living room and a perfect balcony. In the room, there is a wardrobe and a bed, and there is also an additional dresser that can stay if needed. I am leaving quite a few of my furniture and belongings in the apartment, so it's important for me to find someone responsible, organized, and who takes care of things. Rent: 3,550 NIS per month, excluding bills. Preference for girls 🌸 For details and pictures, feel free to contact me privately :) Neta - 054-6602876
