Sublet on Israelis 13

A room is available in a shared apartment on Israelis Street 13. Funny rent: 2300 One-year lease, payments by checks to the landlord. Half basement, no possibility for a washing machine. In the apartment, it's just me and the roommate. The apartment has three rooms, a living room, a kitchenette, a toilet, and a shower. It's an old apartment suitable for someone who wants to rent cheaply (not a dream apartment). For more details, message me.
