We are subletting our apartment in Jaffa for two weeks only, from October 31 to November 14 (the apartment is not available before or after that). A single/couple/small family apartment. On the corner of Michaelangelo Street and Jerusalem Boulevard, close to the college and Yehuda HaYamit Street. A 10-15 minute walk to: The Noga area and the flea market, the Old City of Jaffa, Jaffa port, Park Hamidron, and the beach, and only a 2-minute walk to the nearest light rail station (Bloomfield Stadium). The apartment is located in an old Arab-Jaffa building that was built 90 years ago in 1933, with a patterned floor, high ceiling (4.10 m), large windows, and a beautiful balcony from which it's nice to overlook the street and the passing train. The apartment has air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, an oven and stove, and of course, Wi-Fi. There is parking on the streets below for those with a Tel Aviv regional parking permit or for a fee (it's free in the evenings and on weekends, but read the signs carefully), and there is a free open and shaded parking lot next to the academic college, just a 2-3 minute walk from the house. The price for the entire period, including everything, is 4,200 NIS.
