Sublet April-Dec 2026 in Central Tel Aviv We are subletting our fully furnished, light-filled rooftop apartment on Rabbi Moshe Ben Ezra in Central Tel Aviv for up to 8 months while we are on an adventure. It's on a very quiet street in a quiet building, a 20-minute walk to the beach. There is a miklat in the building. We are looking for mature, quiet, and respectful tenants to treat this space like their own. Because we live directly above our lovely landlady, we are strictly looking for a "no-parties" tenant who values a peaceful environment. This home is perfect for a couple, but it can also work for 2 roommates. 🏠 The Space (100 sqm / 4 Rooms) Living & Dining: Spacious area with a big sunny window, big dining room table, TV with Mi Box, and a piano (strictly for those who know how to play! 🎹). Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, wardrobe, its own TV with Mi Box and balcony access. 2nd bedroom / Office: Has a full workstation, wardrobe, single bed and access to the balcony. Study: A separate, dedicated room with its own workstation and another wardrobe Kitchen: Fully equipped (Gas oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filtered drinking water tap, kettle, microwave) plus a service balcony with a washer & dryer. Bathroom/Toilet: Bathtub/shower and a separate room for the toilet. Balcony/Rooftop: A quiet balcony with a couch, a swing and organic herbs/spices on drip irrigation. You also have access to a beautiful shared rooftop garden maintained with our landlady. Privacy: Our balcony faces the sea. While there are houses nearby, the neighbors rarely open their windows, so the living room and balcony feel very private. 📋 The Practical Stuff Dates: April 1st earliest entry - through Dec 2026 (we should be back by January 2027) Rules: Strictly Non-Smoking, No Cats (dogs are ok!), and No Parties. Dogs: Though our pups are in the photos, they are not staying! ;) 🐾 Dogs are welcome though Location: Top apartment in the building, 4th floor (no elevator), building has a code. Safety: Miklat (shelter) located in the basement. Parking: Street parking only. Rent: 8,500 NIS DM me!
